I started out my lunch with a naturally sweet salad made from extra ripe fruit I had at work. It would not have made it through the weekend, but that's why it was so deliciously sweet!
Then, after browsing through a super adorable gift shop on Holly Street, I made a quick stop at Violet's Cakes en route to Subway.
I fell in love with their rotating seasonal selection of cupcake flavors and their mini versions! They're the perfect bite size to accompany my not-nearly-as-exciting Veggie Delight sandwich. And the adorable, little red velvet cupcake just melts in your mouth!
And they do weddings.... Stay tuned.
